摘要
本研究结果表明,痛经患者的血液流变性异常,血浆前列腺素 F_2α(PGF_2α)、经血 PGF_2α含量异常升高,痛经患者经当归芍药散治疗后,异常的血液流变学指标、血浆PGF_2α、经血 PGF_2α得到明显改善:当归芍药散对这些异常指标的改善幅度,显著大于田七痛经胶囊。
The results showed that several blood rheological indexes of dysmenorrhea patients were abnormal,the contents of plasma prostaglandin F_2α (PGF_2α) and menstrual blood PGF_2α of the patients were significantly higher than those of the normal women.The abnormal indexes were recovered to normal range after the patients had been treated with Danggui Shaoyao Powder for 3 months.Danggui Shaoyao Powder had better actions of improving the abnormal indexes than Tianqi Dysmenorrhea Capsule (田七痛经胶囊)did.
