用溶剂萃取法从碲铋矿盐酸浸出液中分离碲(Ⅳ)与铁(Ⅲ)的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了用异丙醚和TBP从碲铋矿盐酸浸出液中以分步萃取法分离铁与碲。用异丙醚萃取分离铁,萃取条件为溶液酸度7.2mol/L,Va/Vo=3/4,萃取时间1.5min;用蒸馏水反萃取,反萃取时间1.0min,反萃取相比Va/Vo=1/1。铁萃取率为99.92%,碲萃取率仅1.60%,铁与碲分离效果很好。萃余液中的碲用30%TBP-煤油溶液萃取,萃取条件为酸度6mol/L,萃取相比Va/Vo=1/2,萃取时间2min;用蒸馏水反萃取,反萃取相比Va/Vo=1/1,反萃取时间10min,1次2级萃取碲,1次4级反萃取碲,碲反萃取率接近100%。 The slovent extraction and separation of Te(Ⅳ) and Fe( Ⅲ ) step-by-step from HC1 leaching solution of tellurobismuthite using isopropyl ether and TBP as extractants. First, Fe( Ⅲ ) was extracted by opropyl ether from hydrochloric acid solution at the conditions of HC1 concentration of 7.2 mol/L, phase ratio of 3/4, extraction time of 1. 5 minutes. Using distilled water as stripping agent,at the conditions of back extraction time of 1.0 minute, phase ratio of 1/1, Fe extraction rate was 99.92%, Te extraction rate was just 1.60% ,Fe and Te were separated well. Second,Te was extracted by 30% TBP-kerosene system at the conditions of HC1 concentration of 6. 0 mol/L, phase ratio of 1/2, extraction time of 2. 0 minutes. Using distilled water as stripping agent, at the conditions of back extraction time of 10.0 minutes,phase ratio of 1/1 ,by once two-stage extraction and once fourth-stage stripping, tellurium was almost completely back-extracted.
