摘要
目的观察针刺配合耳穴贴压对混合痔术后尿潴留的作用。方法选择混合痔术后尿潴留患者101例,随机分成治疗组51例和对照组50例。治疗组采用针刺配合耳穴贴压,对照组选用肌肉注射新斯的明注射液。分别观察排尿情况及残留尿量。结果治疗组总有效率为96.1%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗混合痔术后尿潴留总有效率明显优于肌肉注射新斯的明注射液。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus auricular point sticking for urinary retention after surgery of mixed hemorrhoids. Method Totally 101 patients with postoperative urinary retention were elected and randomized into a treatment group of 51 cases and a control group of 50 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus auricular point sticking, while the control group received intramuscular injection of Neostimine Methylsulfate. Urination and post-void residual urine were observed. Result The total effective rate was 96.1% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total effective rate of acupuncture plus auricular point sticking is markedly higher than that of intramuscular injection of Neostimine Methylsulfate in treating urinary retention due to surgery of mixed hemorrhoids.
