双峰高密度聚乙烯管材分子量测定

摘要 双峰高密度聚乙烯(BHDPE)管材一般采用两段淤浆法工艺合成,是一种具有双峰结构的高密度聚乙烯,其结构复杂表征困难。本文采用高温凝胶色谱,用窄分布聚苯乙烯标样进行普适校准,直接测定HDPE管材的分子量及其分布,并采用分峰拟合软件,对这种具有双峰结构的材料进行分峰拟合处理,得出两种不同大小分子量聚乙烯的含量之比。 Bimodal high-density polyethylene (BHDPE) tube polymerlzed by double para- graphs silting plasma technology is a kind of bimodal High-density polyethylene. Its complex structure characterizes difficultily. In this paper, direct determination of determining molecular weight and distribution of HDPE tube by high-temperature gel permeation chromatography, which use universal calibration by polystyrene standard samples with narrow distribution. And processing bimodal high-density polyethylene by sub-peak fitting software, and obtained two dif- ferent molecular weight polyethylene content of the size ratio.
