肾移植受者不同免疫状态外周血Treg/Th17平衡的变化 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨肾移植受者处于不同免疫状态时外周血Treg/Th17的变化及意义。方法选取52例肾移植术后患者,根据其免疫状态不同分为急性排斥反应组、感染组和正常组。采集3组人群的外周血,运用流式细胞染色技术检测外周血中的Treg细胞和Th17细胞,分别计算出两者占CD3+CD8-T淋巴细胞(相当于CD4+T细胞)的比例,并计算出Treg/Th17比值。结果 Treg在感染组中比例明显高于正常组(P<0.05)和急性排斥反应组(P<0.05),且正常组亦高于急性排斥反应组(P<0.05)。Th17在急性排斥反应组中比例高于正常组(P<0.01)和感染组(P<0.001),且正常组亦高于感染组(P<0.001)。Treg/Th17在感染组中比值高于正常组(P<0.001)和急性排斥反应组(P<0.001),且正常组亦高于急性排斥反应组(P<0.001)。结论 Treg/Th17平衡在肾移植受者处于不同免疫状态时表现不同,这种变化可以用于评估患者术后的免疫状态,指导临床免疫抑制剂的使用。
