摘要
中国石油广西石化分公司2.4 Mt/a年柴油加氢精制装置采用UOP工艺包,应用抚研的FH-UDS超低脱硫催化剂对催化裂化柴油和部分直馏柴油进行加氢精制,装置运行平稳,产品质量合格,但十六烷值提高能力不足,并对此提出了相应对策。
2.4 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit（DHT） of PetroChina Guangxi petrochemical company adopts UOP process,hydrofining of FCC diesel and straight run diesel is carried out with FH-UDS desulfurization catalyst provided by Fushun research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals（FRIPP）.Currently,the unit runs stablely,and the product quality is good.On the other hand,the improvement of cetane is not sufficient,and countermeasures have been put forward.
