摘要
目的设计一种能将患儿较舒适地固定,使之能安静地完成摄片、透视及其他检查的装置,以提高工作效率,减少患儿照射剂量,方便患者家属配合检查。方法根据小儿接受X线检查种类和所需体位,分析1～3岁儿童的性格和身体特点,设计一装置,具备安全、有效、实用、简便的特点。结果该装置由活动带座胸片架和组合固定板两部分组成,二者都可活动并能组合。使用该装置一次摄片成功率为100%,透视及钡灌肠检查时间明显缩短。结论小儿影像检查协助装置能明显提高X线检查的质量和成功率。
Objective To design an equipment to fix children comfortably in process of chest radiography,fluoroscopy,and other examination.Methods An equipment to fix children was designed according to X ray position requirements,children’s personality and physical characteristics.Results The equipment consisted of a movable chest X ray plate and a fixed seat frame The success rate of chest radiography examination was 100% using this equipment.The examination time of fluoroscopy and barium enema examination was significantly reduced.Conclusion The equipment can significantly improve the quality and success rate of radiology examination.
