摘要
老年居住建筑的问题是老龄化社会诸多问题中的重要一环,其设计与发展成为目前全球普遍关注的问题。很多发达国家的老年居住体系发展相对成熟,取得了很多成就。主要介绍和分析老年居住建筑近年在美国的发展趋势,以使其对我国老年居住建筑的发展具有启示意义。
The residential architecture for old pepole is one of the most important parts in an aged society. Its design and development are becoming the matter of the common concern in the world. The residential systems for old people in many developed nations have been matured and gotten achievements. It ,sas introduced and analysed the development trends of residential architectures for old people in the United States in recent years. It tries to enlighten the development of residential architectures for old people in our country.
