矿物掺合料对高阿利特水泥混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 本文研究了矿渣、粉煤灰和烧页岩等矿物掺合料对高阿利特水泥混凝土氯离子渗透性、力学性能及浆体孔结构的影响。试验结果表明:单掺矿渣或粉煤灰能提高抗氯离子渗透能力,复合掺加矿物掺合料可充分发挥各自的性能特性,更有效地提高耐久性能;适量单掺矿渣和烧页岩以及复合掺加矿物掺合料可以提高混凝土的强度;从机理上分析,高阿利特水泥熟料可有效激发矿物掺合料的潜在水化活性,细化了浆体孔径,从而提高了混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能和强度。 The influence of slag, fly ash, and calcined shale on chloride-ion-penetration and diffusion, mechanical properties of Alite-rich cement concrete, and pore structure of hardened paste were investigated. The results showed that separate addition of slag and fly ash improved chlorine permeation resistance of concrete, and addition of complex mineral mixture elevated this property effectively. Appropriate addition of slag, calcined shale increased 28 d compressive strength of concrete. Complex mineral mixture resulted better properties. The property of chloride-ion-resistance diffusion of concrete was improved with the decrease of porosity, however decreased with the increase of proportion of coarser pore ( 〉 20 nm, especially 〉 50 nm). Alite-rich cement clinker activated the potential hydration reactivity of mineral admixtures more effectively, and minished the pore diameter.
