摘要
"航浚18"挖泥船原装流量计为德国E+H产品,使用多年后产生流速测量不稳定,波动范围过大的问题。结合"航浚18"的产量计改造,长江宜昌航道工程局与武汉市波光系统工程有限责任公司联合开发专门用于挖泥船上的新型电磁流量计。该型流量计采用工频交流励磁,结合微机技术,利用微机进行实时采样和分段线性拟合数据,大大提高流速测量的精度和稳定性。采用软硬件结合的手段进行多方面改进措施,解决工频干扰和零点稳定性的问题,克服了通用型电磁流量计应用于挖泥船的弊病。同时研究了适用于挖泥船上电磁流量计的空管检测功能的实现方法。实际应用表明,这些措施取得较好的干扰抑制效果,测量精度和产品性能得到很大提高。
The original flow meter of HangJun 18 dredger is Germany E+H product,however it measures unstable flow velocity and too wide fluctuation range. Combined with the alteration of flow meter for HangJun this paper introduces a new type electromagnetism flow meter specific for dredgers which is 18 dredgers, developed by ChangJiang Yichang Sea-route Engineering Bureau and Wuhan Boguang System Engineering Co., LTD. This flow meter adopts the operating frequency AC excitation combined with the computer technology, and greatly improve the precision and stability of flow measurement based on the real-time sampling and segment linear data fitting. With the improvements by combination of software and hardware ,it solves the operating frequency interference and zero stability, overcomes the shortcoming of the application of electromagnetism general flow meter in the dredgers ,and also studies the realization of empty pipe detection adapted to electromagnetism flow meter for dredgers. The practical application indicates that these methods can obtain effective interference suppression and the meterage precision and product performance can be highly improved.
