摘要
从现行城市水系规划存在的问题出发,提出城市水景观规划是城市总体规划下的专项规划,其主旨在于恢复城市景观格局,理顺水系规划与绿地、交通规划的关系,维护城市生态系统,重塑城市景观面貌,引导城市布局和城市规划上起推动作用。
Based on the existing problems in current urban water system planning, the special planning was proposed for urban water landscape planning as one component of the master planning. This was aimed to restore the urban landscape pattern, coordinate the relations between water system planning and green space ＆ transportation planning, maintain urban ecosystems, rebuild the urban landscape image, guide urban layout design and play the promoting role in urban planning.
