摘要
通过对现阶段参考咨询工作存在的问题进行分析,阐述了在虚拟服务的环境下,重点要从服务团队的建设、参考咨询员服务能力的提升、用户咨询行为的研究、参考咨询工作的考核与评估、联合咨询服务平台的构建等五大方面来加强数字参考咨询服务工作,同时,指出在服务工作中应该注意的事项,以期推动虚拟参考咨询服务可持续发展。
Through analyzing the problems in present reference consultancy, this paper emphasizes, under the circumstance of virtual service, the key to improve the consultancy of digital reference lies in five as- pects: team construction, competence improvement, consultation research, assessment and evaluation, and joint-consultation platform building. The paper also suggests the notes for sustainable development of virtual reference service.
