摘要
为消除LED驱动电源输出的高纹波电流对大功率LED寿命的影响,实现大功率LED的低纹波恒流驱动,提出一种以Buck变换器为主电路、LM3404为主控芯片,同时采用有源纹波补偿的方法,并在此基础上对电路参数进行了设计,构建了基于LM3404芯片的实验电路.实验结果表明:该方法能够有效降低LED灯的纹波电流,实现低纹波恒流驱动.
To eliminate the influence of the LED driving power' s high ripple current on the high-power LED' s service life, and to implement low tipple constant current driving of the high-power LED, this paper proposes a scheme that a Buck converter is taken as the main circuit, the LM3404 as the master control DSP, and simultaneously the active ripple compensation is employed, based on which, the corresponding circuit parameters are designed and the experimental circuit with LM3404 chip is set up. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme could reduce the ripple current of LED lights and implement the low ripple constant current driving.
