新型直拉式冷轧实验轧机过程控制系统的开发和应用

Development and Application of Process Control System for the New Type Pilot Cold Rolling Mill

摘要 为了满足冷轧新钢种开发和工艺研究的需求,研制了两侧通过液压缸和夹头产生张力的新型直拉式冷轧实验轧机。为该新型冷轧实验轧机配备了完备的检测仪表和自动化控制系统。其中过程控制系统的开发采用通讯功能与核心控制功能分离的两层进程结构,具备数据通讯、模型计算、过程跟踪和数据管理等功能。针对实验轧机的特点,模型计算功能可以灵活调整轧制规程,摸索工艺制度;数据管理功能分别对原始实际数据、轧制实际数据和轧制工艺统计数据进行记录、分析和处理。该新型冷轧实验轧机在国内得到大量的推广和应用,过程控制系统较好地满足了试验需要。 The new type pilot cold rolling mill was developed for the experiment of the cold rolling material and process research.The horizontally located hydraulic cylinders and clamps were used to apply tension on the strip.Instrumentations and automation control system were allocated on this new type pilot mill.Two running processes for the communication function and core control functions,such as model calculation,process tracking and data management,were designed in the process control system.For the characteristic of pilot cold mill,roll schedule can be adjusted flexibly to explore the process technology by model calculation function.Raw actual data,rolling actual data and rolling process data were recorded,analyzed and treated by date management function.This new type pilot cold rolling mill has been used in several domestic companies,and process control system has a good use.
