摘要
在保温砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维,可以提高砂浆的抗裂性能、保温性能、耐久性等。通过试验,将新型聚丙烯纤维应用到保温砂浆中,研究其不同掺量对砂浆的物理性质、施工性能、力学性能、抗裂性、导热系数等性质的影响,分析出最佳掺和量,推广使用该新型聚丙烯纤维,用来解决目前外墙保温砂浆出现裂缝、渗水等工程问题。
Crack resistance, insulation performance, durability and other performances can be improved by adding polypropylene fiber in thermal insulation mortar. By adding new polypropylene fiber into thermal insulation mortar, effect of new polypropylene Fiber of different dosages on mortar's physical prop- erties, construction performance, mechanical properties, crack resistance and thermal conductivity can be studied and optimal admixture amount can be an- alyzed. The use of the new polypropylene fiber can be promoted to solve engineering problems like crack, seepage of thermal insulation mortar on external wall.
