双肱骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨双肱骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法 21例肱骨髁间骨折患者均采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨、双肱骨远端解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果 21例均获得随访,随访6～30个月,平均12个月,所有骨折都得到愈合,术后3个月肘关节功能根据Cassebaum肘关节功能评定标准进行评定,优6例,良11例,可3例,差1例,优良率81%。结论采用双肱骨远端锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折,骨折复位满意,固定牢固,肘关节功能恢复较为满意。
