摘要
为给水稻杂交制种提供技术依据,对不育系H22A和Ⅱ-32A的制种特性进行了比较研究。结果表明:H22A播种至抽穗始期为105d左右,比Ⅱ-32A长4d;主茎总叶片数与Ⅱ-32A相当;株高78.0cm,比Ⅱ-32A高16.4cm;穗型大,每穗总粒数为185.5粒,比Ⅱ-32A多60粒;对"九二〇"反应的敏感性比Ⅱ-32A略强;开花习性和花期均优于Ⅱ-32A,但柱头外露率略低于Ⅱ-32A。
The characteristics of H22A, an new CMS Line, and Ⅱ-32A(CK), a elite sterile line in seed production were studied to provide a technical base for hybrid seed production. The results showed that the duration from sowing to heading of H22A was about 105 days, four days more than Ⅱ-32A. Total number of main stem leaves was as much as the CK. Plant height of H22A was 78.0 cm, 16.4 cm higher than Ⅱ-32A, total number of spikelet per panicle was 185. 5, 60 spikelets more than Ⅱ-32A, and its sensitivity to gibberellin "920" was stronger than Ⅱ-32A. Its flowering habits was better than CK. But the stigma exsertion rate of H22A was slightly lower than Ⅱ-32A
