摘要
海上油气田热介质供热系统由于其充分利用油气生产处理过程中产生的油田伴生气作为加热燃料,可以大量节约能源,同时该系统具有传热稳定、热效率高、采用程序控制运行可靠、设备及系统操作简便等诸多优点,在海上油气田生产处理工艺中被越来越多地作为主要供热方式广泛使用。文章对海上生产作业平台热介质供热系统的构成、系统调试进行了介绍,对调试过程的控制和管理进行了初步探讨并提出了改进建议。
The heat supply system using hot medium in offshore oil-gas field saves much energy due to its full use of the associated gas produced in the process of oil and gas production as a fuel.This system has a stable heat transfer,high thermal efficiency,reliable program control,simple and convenient operation.It is widely used in offshore oil platforms as a major heat supply way for oil-gas field production and processing.This article introduces the structure and debugging of the hot medium heat supply system in offshore production operation platform.Moreover,it discusses control and management in the debugging process and gives some improvement suggestions.
