摘要
介绍了三菱IPM的基本工作特性,并以第五代智能功率模块PS21563-P为例,阐述了IPM模块外围接口电路的设计。在充分利用该模块的各种故障检测及保护电路的基础上,为了使系统安全、可靠的运行,又提出了母线电路中欠、过压保护电路设计,最后通过实例证明该接口电路设计具有结构简单、运行可靠等优点。
Mitsubishi IPM basic work characteristics are introduced.The external interface circuit design of the IPM module which taking 5th generation Intelligent Power Module PS21563-P for example. To make the system safe and reliable operation, and take full advantage of the module fault detection and protection circuit on the basis of proposed over-voltage and under-voltage protection . Finally,the practical application shows that the interface circuit design has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation.
