摘要
查阅已出版的科技期刊,发现有关研究出版时滞的论文存在一些问题,甚至错误。针对这些问题及错误运用统计学理论进行了分析和讨论。结果显示:这些研究中要么运用方法不可靠,要么公式设计不理想,要么指标计算错误等。针对这些问题,分析其原因,并对其进行修正。建议:作者应加强统计学知识的学习,提高研究能力;审稿专家应严格履行职责;编辑人员要严格把关,从而精准地传递科学研究成果信息。
Some problems, even errors, are found in the published scientific papers on publication delay of periodicals. Using statistics theory, they are analyzed in this paper. It is held that the unpleasant result comes from the unreliable methods, improper formula design, or wrong index computation used in those papers. The causes leading to the problems or errors are analyzed and corrected. It is suggested that the authors should learn the knowledge on statistics to improve their research ability, experts should strictly examine the papers, and editors should perform their duties, thus the results of scientific research information could be accurately transferred.
