摘要
目的 :探讨糖肾康对糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的治疗效果。方法 :4 6例糖尿病肾病随机分为治疗组、对照组各 2 3例。两组均采用饮食控制和降糖药物控制使血糖正常或基本正常。治疗组服用自拟中药糖肾康汤剂 ,对照组服用开搏通 ,服药 10W ,观察患者尿蛋白变化指标。结果 :治疗组能降低 2 4h尿蛋白总量及尿微量蛋白 ,保护肾功能 ,临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论
Objective:To probe into the therapeutic effect of Tangshenkang decoction on the urinary protein due to diabetic glomerulopathy(DG).Method:46 cases of DG were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group.In addition to the diet control and drugs for reducing the blood sugar.Tangshenkang decoction was taken in treatment group,and Catopril in control group for 10 weeks.The changes of the urinary protein were observed.Result:The total quantity of urinary protein in 24 hours and the excretory rate of urinary microprotein were markedly decreased in treatment group.The therapeutic effect in treatment group was better than that in control group.Conclusion:Tangshenkang is an effective prescription for the prevention and treatment of urinary protein due to DG.
