摘要
针对我国煤矿综掘工作面存在的两大安全问题—粉尘和瓦斯,通过在掘进机上集成湿式除尘系统和防突钻机,设计研制出了一种具有除尘和防突功能的EBZ135CT型掘进机。介绍了这种新型掘进机的结构组成和功能特点,重点介绍了各个主要部分的设计。该掘进机主要用于中小煤矿半煤岩巷的快速掘进。
Based on the two security problems occurred in the synthesis digs-dust and mine gas, a kind of roadheader EBZ135CT with the function of dust removal and outburst-prevention has been designed, while it presents the structure and function feature of the roadheader, and especially introduces its main-part design. It can be used for excavating of coal-rock tunnel in the small or middle coal mine.
