摘要
本文主要讨论了十八世纪英国诗人托马斯格雷的《墓园挽歌》中的"农人"意象,并将这一个主要意象解构分层并进行详细分析,从而解读该意象对深化主题理解的作用。
This paper aims to discuss the image of ＂peasants＂ in Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard written by Thomas Gray, the 18th century famous English poet. The deconstruction of the image and the further detailed analysis are demonstrated in order to make a deep interpretation on the role in the understanding of the main theme.
