摘要
近年来,食品安全问题突显,成为公众与政府均十分关注的重要社会问题。而农产品安全问题,是食品安全问题中的重要构成部分。政府如何采取有效策略,防止食品安全问题的发生,保障公众饮食安全,成为学术界的关注重点。学术界对此问题的关注,集中于农产品安全的界定、农产品安全问题产生的原因分析、农产品的质量监控以及对策等多个层面。
In recent years, food safety problems become an important social issue, which is concerned about by pub-lic and government. The safety of agricultural products is an important part in food safety. The government how to a-dopt effective strategies to control the occurrence of food safety problems and ensure public food safety has become the attention of academic circles focus. Academic circles attention mostly focuses on the safety of agricultural prod- ucts, the analysis of the causes of agricultural products safety problems, the agricultural products quality monitoring and countermeasure and so on.
