风力机叶片根部孔缺陷补强的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 风力机复合材料叶片在生产过程中难免出现各种加工质量问题.以1.5 MW根部T型螺栓孔打孔损伤叶片为例,提出了打孔错误叶片根部的修补方案,建立了修补后叶片根部的有限元模型.对叶片根部的修补方案进行三维有限元应力分析,得到修补后叶跟和T型螺栓的应力分布.比较修补前后的应力情况,发现修补后缺陷区域的最大拉应力变化不大,而剪应力减小的幅度较大,螺栓的最大拉应力略有降低.结果表明,通过修补后,缺陷区域的应力状态有所改善. Various quality problems inevitably occurre during manufacturing of wind turbine composite blades. A 1.5 MW wind turbine blade which had a defect hole at root was taken as an example. The reinforcement plan was proposed,and the FE model of the reinforced blade root was investigated by ANSYS. The 3D distribution of stress of blade root and T-bolts was obtained. It was found that the maximum tensile stress almost unchanged, the shear stress decreased more in the defect zone than the maximum tensile stress of T-bolts. The results show that the stress state in the defect zone has improved through the reinforcement.
