摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜全子宫切除术(total laparoscopic hysterectomy,TLH)中联合应用LigaSure与双极高频电刀的技术要点及价值。方法:回顾分析2004年1月至2009年12月为487例患者行TLH的临床资料,其中352例联合应用LigaSure与双极高频电刀,135例仅使用双极高频电刀。结果:手术时间及术中出血量两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:联合使用LigaSure与双极电刀提高了手术安全性,降低了手术创伤,操作简单,利于TLH的普及推广。
Objective ： To investigate the clinical value and surgical skill of combined application of LigaSure and bipolar-elec- tric coagulation in total laparoseopie hysterectomy （TLH）. Methods ： From Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2009,the clinical data of 487 patients who underwent TLH were retrospectively analyzed. Among these patients LigaSure and bipolar-electric coagulation were combined into appli- cation in 352 patients, and only blpolar-electric coagulation was used in the other 135 patients. Results：The mean operative time and in- traoperative blood loss in the LigaSure group was significantly shorter and less than those in tlie hipolar-eleetric coagulation group, re- spectively. Conclusions：Combined application of LigaSure and bipolar-electric coagulation in TLH ~aises the safety and reduces the in- vasion of the operation. The procedure is easy. It favors the popularization of TLH.
