摘要
本文综述氟胞苷治疗晚期乳腺癌的研究进展。单用氟胞苷治疗晚期乳腺癌有效率25 %～46 % ,与阿霉素或表阿霉素联合应用有明显的效果 ,特别是蒽环类耐药的转移性乳腺癌病人用氟胞苷 紫杉特尔治疗显示有令人鼓舞的作用。由于本品有中等度毒性及新的作用机理 ,故无论单用和联合应用治疗乳腺癌患者都值得进一步评价。
