摘要
文章在研究汽车产品RRR(Reuse,Recycle,Recovery,简称RRR)计算方法和实施流程的基础上,从结构元、拆解元和材料元对汽车产品零部件信息进行了描述,构建了面向RRR计算的汽车产品回收信息模型,分析了信息模型的元素组成及元素间的映射关系,采用分层多叉树结构对产品信息模型进行了描述,给出了模型信息不确定情况下的数据校核算法;以某汽车企业量产的某款汽车为例,对提出的计算方法进行了验证。结果表明,该信息模型可有效地用于计算整车的RRR性能,从而为汽车产品设计提供理论依据。
The calculation methods and implementation process of reuse, recycling, recovery(RRR) of automobile product are researched, and the recycling information model of automobile parts is de- scribed with structural-recta, disassembly-recta and material-recta. The RRR calculation oriented au- tomobile recycling information model is constructed and described by multiway tree hierarchical struc- ture. The element composition and mapping relations of the automobile recycling information are re- searched. The data checking algorithm in case of uncertain information is given. A kind of mass-pro- duced automobile of an enterprise is taken as an example to verify the proposed method. The results show that the model can calculate the RRR performance of the whole automobile effectively and pro- vide a theoretical basis for the design of the automobile product.
