摘要
针对建筑给排水管道的构造特点和橡塑保温材料的特性进行研究,设计了各关键节点的施工构造大样,例如,管道弯管处、连续弯管处、管道变径处、金属管卡处以及保温材料对接、封口等关键处设计了构造大样,完善了施工安装方法和细部处理措施。经过四川省医学情报研究所综合大楼等大量的工程实践证明,运用该技术施工更便捷规范、防结露的效果更明显。
This paper studied the characteristics of insulating rubber and drainage pipelines, and with that designed the key joints such as elbow pipeline, continuous elbow pipeline, and changing diameter pipeline junctions, metal pipe straps, connection with insulation materials and sealing. Installation method and detail treatment measures were improved. Applications in buildings such as The Main Building of Sichuan Medical Information Study Institute, etc. demonstrated that these construction techniques make construction easy and standardized, and produce good effect on dew prevention of pipeline.
