摘要
目的探讨超声在诊断异位妊娠中的应用价值。方法 2010年4月至2011年5月对我院85例异位妊娠的超声表现和诊断结果进行了回顾性分析。结果本组超声诊断的85例异位妊娠中,经手术及病理证实,确诊81例,诊断符合率为95.3%,误诊4例,占4.7%。结论超声检查能为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods During the period April 2010 to May 2011, 85 cases of Ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed, Results This group of ultrasonic diagnosis of 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology confirmed 81 cases, the diagnostic rate was 95.3%, misdiagnosed four cases （4.7%）. Conclusion Ultrasound is a high accuracy can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
