摘要
目的 探讨消化道肿瘤低张CT扫描的价值。方法 对 182例消化道肿瘤进行了低张CT扫描 ,胃肿瘤CT扫描用水作对比剂 ;小肠扫描用 1.5 %泛影葡胺作为对比剂 ;结肠扫描用水和泛影葡胺作对比剂。结果 12 9例胃肿瘤、14例小肠肿瘤和 39例结肠肿瘤的CT扫描均获得了满意的效果。
Objective: To study the value of hypotonic CT scan of gastrointestinal neoplasms Methods: 182 cases of gastrointestinal neoplasms were examined with CT hypotonic technique. In the stomach neoplasms,water was used as contrast medium,in the jejunal neoplasms and ileal neoplasms,1.5% angiografin, and in the colorectal neoplasms, angiografin or water Results: All of 129 cases of stomach neoplasms,14 cases of jejunal neoplasms and ileal neoplasms and 39 cases of colorectal neoplasms were scanned ,excellent results were obtained Conclusion: Hypotonic technique in the CT scan of the gastrointestinal neoplasms is recommendable
