摘要
大学生非诚信行为的主要心理因素包括个体的无知、从众、侥幸和反叛。这些心理因素的存在既受到我国传统文化价值取向的单向性和转型期社会规范体系的滞后的影响,又受到不良的家庭结构和个体自身个性心理发展出现偏差的影响。有鉴于此,要重构大学生诚信行为,必须构建现代伦理价值、树立社会文化规范、建立诚信监督机制,创新校园文化建设、营造诚信文化环境、发挥育人导向作用,个体也应完善自身人格、诚信交往。
The main psychological factors of undergraduates＂ dishonest behaviors, including individual ignorance, conformity, luck and rebellion. These psychological factors are affected by the one-way value orientation of China＇s traditional culture and hysteretie social normative system, as well as unfavorable family structure and the deviation of individual personality development. In view of this, in order to reconstruct their credit behavior, it is essential to do the following： build modem ethical values, set up social and cultural norms, establish supervision mechanisms of credibility, innovate the development of campus culture, create an ethical culture environment and play the guiding role of education. Individuals should also improve their own personality and communicate with integrity.
