摘要
目的观察头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠液联合双黄连注射液治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法下呼吸道感染患儿80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠液联合双黄连注射液治疗,对照组应用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠液联合硫酸阿米卡星治疗,比较2组细菌清除率及临床疗效。结果 2组细菌清除率及临床治疗总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠液联合双黄连注射液治疗小儿下呼吸道感染具有很好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cefoperazone sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with shuanghuanglian injection in the treatment of infants with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 80 cases of infants with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Cefoperazone sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with shuanghuanglian injection,while the control group was treated with Cefoperazone sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with amikacin sulfate.Compared the clearance rate of pathogens and clinical effect of 2 groups.Results There was no significant difference of Clearance rate of pathogens and the total effective rate between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with shuanghuanglian injection has a very good clinical curative effect in the treatment of infants with lower respiratory tract infection.
