摘要
目的了解流动人口孕产妇意外妊娠的发生情况及影响因素,为避孕节育工作提供依据。方法从广州市海珠区江海街辖区内随机抽取住院分娩的流动人口孕产妇460名,采用问卷调查的方法,以了解意外妊娠的情况。结果流动人口孕产妇意外妊娠发生率为37.61%,意外妊娠与流动人口孕产妇及其配偶的知识水平以及经济水平相关,意外妊娠非意愿分娩3.98%;人工流产33.63%。结论意外妊娠不仅与妇女文化程度有关,而且与其配偶的知识文化相关,因此计划生育服务既要关注女性,也要关注男性,共同参与避孕措施,才能有效减少意外妊娠的发生。
Objective To investigate the occurrence conditions and influence factors of unintended pregnancy among maternal floating population in order to provide evidences for the smooth work of contraception and birth control. Methods The situation of unintended pregnancy could be investigated through questionnaire surveys which were carried out in 460 maternal floating population. They were randomatically selected and hospital delivery in Jianghai street, Haizhu district ,Guangzhou. Results The incidence of unintended pregnancy for maternal floating population was 37.61%. Unintended pregnancy was related to educational level as well as economic level between maternal floating population and their spouses. What＇s more, the incidence of deliverY which is unwanted and unintended is 3.98% while 33.63% in artificial abortion. Conclusion Unintended pregnancy is not only related to women＇s educational level, but also the same thing to their spouses. So attention should be paid to women and men at the same time in family planning service so as to reduce the occurrence of unintended pregnancy significantly through common participation in contraception measures.
