摘要
目的研究患有恶性肿瘤的临终患者给予舒适的护理的措施。方法对40例患有恶性肿瘤的临终患者给予舒适的护理。结果 40例患者中有34例患者的疼痛的现象得到了很好的控制,6例患者疼痛的现象得到不同程度的减轻,患者的情绪比较稳定,而且临终时段其生存质量有了提高。总体上的满意率是98.3%。结论舒适护理的措施对临终的患者是有效与可行的。
Objeetive To study the dying patients with malignant tumors give comfort care measures. Methods 40 cases with malignant tumors of the dying patient comfortable care. Results 40 patients, 34 cases of the phenomenon of pain in patients with well controlled, six cases of the phenomenon of pain in patients with varying degrees of relief, the patient＇s mood is relatively stable, but the dying hours of their quality of life has improved. The overall satisfaction rate was 98.3%. Conclusion The measures of comfort care of dying patients is effective and feasible.
