摘要
目的制备复方黄连素分散片。方法以崩解时限为指标,采用单因素和正交试验设计,对复方黄连素分散片的处方及制备工艺进行筛选、优化。结果选用交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)15%、微晶纤维素(MCC)5%、低取代羟丙基纤维素(L-HPC)4%联合组成崩解剂;填充剂选用淀粉;润滑剂选用微粉硅胶;硬度控制为3～5kg。结论研制的分散片处方合理,工艺可行,符合分散片的质量要求。
Objective To make the qualified compound Berberine dispersible tablets. Methods The composition and preparing method of compound Berberine dispersible tablets were optimized in terms of disintegrating time by using single-factor and orthogonal experiment methods,Results We chose crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone 15%, microcrystalline cellulose 5%, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose 4% as disintegrant; starch as filler; micro- silica as lubricant; brittleness under 3-5kg. Conclusion The prescription for the disperse tablet is reasonable and its technology is feasible, which meets the quality requirement of the disperse tablet.
