摘要
目的探讨采用针灸综合疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效,以供医生参考使用。方法对我院2009年8月至2011年8月收治的周围性面神经麻痹的120例患者进行本次实验。将患者按照治疗的先后顺序随机分为两组。对照组患者给予单纯针灸治疗,实验组患者给予针灸综合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果实验组患者总有效率为98.33%(59/60),对照组患者总有效率为83.33%(50/60),实验组患者的总有效率明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论采用针灸综合疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的患者具有较好的疗效,值得在临床应用。
Objective To investigate the use of combined therapy of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis for medical reference. Methods 120 patients of our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 peripheral facial paralysis treated invovled this experiment. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with a simple acupuncture treatment,the experimental group were treated with combined therapy of acupuncture. Outcomes were compared and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 98.33% ,（59/60） patients in the control group the total effective rate was 83.33 （50/60）, Total efficiency of the experimental group supiere to the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The combined therapy of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis for patients have good effect, it worth clinical application.
