摘要
指出了重要生态功能区保护问题越来越得到重视,政府部门也做过很多尝试,可依然收不到较好的效果。在充分调研的基础上,总结了一些典型城市在重要生态功能区保护方面的主要做法与成功经验,以期为相关部门决策提供参考。
The issues of the protection of Key Ecological Function Area（KEFA） have been paid more and more attention.Though the government has done many trials,no good effect has been achieved.Bbased on sufficient investigation,this paper summarizes the major approaches and the protection experience of Key Ecological Function Area（KEFA） in typical cities,with the expectation that it will provide references for government decisions.
