摘要
随着生产设备自动化和工序质量控制自动化程度的提高 ,操作者的积极性与创造性在下降。为评价操作者的满意度 ,设计了7个因素的调查表 ,并应用信息量计算方法进行了探讨。
With the improvement of automation in production furniture and process quality control,the initiative and creativity of operators are weakening.In order to evaluate the satisfaction index of operators,a questionnaire which is composed of seven factors is designed and discussed by applying information calculating method in this paper.
