摘要
用最小二乘原理对采暖循环水泵的性能试验数据进行了曲线拟合,给出了RXL系列4种采暖循环水泵的H-Q、η-Q回归曲线方程,并用回归分析原理对拟合曲线的回归效果进行了检验,建立了该系列水泵的无因次通用性能回归曲线方程。编制了计算软件,可用于计算水泵性能回归曲线方程系数及回归曲线的相关指数,为实现水泵的计算机选型打下了理论基础。
The test data of heating circulating pump performance has been fitted into curve on the principle of least square method. H- Q 、 η- Q regression curve equations of heating circulating pump for RXL series are given. The regression results of the composed curve are tested on the principle of regression analysis. The general regression curve equation of heating circulating pump for RXL series is set up. The author has drawn up a calculating program which can be used to calculate the coefficient of regression curve equations and its interrelated coefficient. It is valuable for designers to select pumps on computer.
