摘要
用SBR法处理啤酒废水和化工废水的试验研究表明:两种废水的活性污泥在低有机负荷时有利于丝状菌的增殖而会发生污泥膨胀,这种膨胀污泥可以通过提高有机负荷得到控制和恢复。啤酒废水在长期低pH值(4 06-5. 0)和有机负荷连续由高变低时引起的污泥膨胀,其 SVI较相同有机负荷、正常 pH值(6. 5-8 0)条件下上升缓慢,且出现丝状菌缠绕型粒状污泥。在高负荷及pH=6.0恢复时的粒状污泥消失过程中,SVI仍继续上升,粒状污泥消失后才降至非膨胀状态。化工废水在进水低pH值(5.0)、有机负荷连续由高变低条件下的污泥仅在处理周期中短时间内受低pH值影响,SVI值比同样负荷、正常pH值时上升缓慢。主要是出现污泥不絮凝的分散形态。其在pH=6.0和高负荷下很容易得到恢复和控制。
The experimental study on treatment of beer and chemical wastewater by SBR indicated that activated sluge bulking could occur due to filamentous microbe over - proliferation under low organic loading and could be controlled & resumed by improving organic loading. SVI of sludge bulking in beer wastewater under low pH(4. 06 ~ 5. 0) & variation from high to low organic loading increased slower than that of normal pH(6. 5 ~ 8. 0)and organic loading. Granular sludge which twinned by filaments appeared, SVI is increased when granular sludge existed and dropped in the stage that it disppeared. SVI of sludge in chemical wastewater increased slower than that of low organic loading & normal pH value because of short shock in low pH treatment period only. It can be controlled & resumed under high loading and pH = 6. 0 easily.
