摘要
将砂岩细磨或在砂岩中分别掺入矿化剂A、B、CaF2、CaSO4+CaF2,然后在适宜温度下煅烧 ,用DTA和XRD测试了砂岩的晶型转变 ,并进行了生料易烧性试验。结果表明 ,掺入矿化剂A、B的煅烧砂岩活性提高 ,生料易烧性改善 ,而掺入矿化剂CaF2、CaSO4+CaF2 的煅烧砂岩晶体更加稳定 ;即使石英晶体粗大的砂岩 ,只要把石英粒度控制到一定范围 ,也可使生料易烧性达到A级或B级 ;
Crystalline transformation of finely ground sand stone with and without the addition of mineralizer of A, B, CaF2 and CaSO4+CaF2 heated at certain temperature was determined by means of DTA and XRD. The test of burnability of raw meal was also conducted in this work. The results indicate that the reactivity of sand stone and the burnability of raw meal are improved with the addition of mineralizer A and B, while the crystal of calcined sand stone becomes more stable with the addition of mineralizer CaF2 and CaSO4+CaF2. The burnability of raw meal can be improved up to grade A or B in case of the grinding of the sand stone to appropriate fineness even for the sand stone with large crystalline quartz. The burnability of the raw meal with unprocessed sand stone, on the other hand, remains low.
