摘要
目的增加具有抗白内障作用药物二乙氨荒酸(DDC)的稳定性和亲脂性。方法制备二乙氨荒酸锌(Zn-DDC)并对其进行鉴别和性质研究。结果自制的Zn-DDC与对照品相同,在水中的溶解度为4.79μg/ml,在正辛醇/pH 7.4磷酸盐缓冲液中的分配系数为(94.9±0.7)。结论 Zn-DDC可用于经眼给药制剂的研究。
Objective To enhance ocular bioavailability, increase stability and lipophility of DDC, a drug used for cataract. Methods Zinc diethyldithiocarbomate （Zn--DDC） was prepared, identified and it＇s properties were studied. Results the home--made sample was the same as reference, The solubility in water was 4.79μg？ ml--1 and the partition coefficient was 94.9±0.7. Conclusions Zn--DDC can be used for the ophthalmic preparations.
