28例漏斗胸手术治疗体会

摘要 我院胸外科自2000年1月~2011年12月收治漏斗胸患者28例,经行胸骨翻转术及Nuss胸骨抬举术,效果均佳,现报道如下. 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料本组病例,男性24例,女性4例,年龄3~20岁,漏斗胸指数0.21~0.41,胸部凹陷2cm 12例,2~4cm 10例,大于4cm 6例,心脏受挤压6例,行胸骨翻转术17例,Nuss胸骨抬举术11例.
