地佐辛减轻全麻气管拔管心血管反应及术后躁动的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察地佐辛减轻全麻气管拔管心血管反应和术后躁动的有效性和安全性。方法选取行全麻气管插管手术患者60例,随机分为2组,地佐辛组于术前约20分钟静脉注射地佐辛0.1mg/kg,对照组相应给予生理盐水1ml,观察并记录患者拔管前10min、拔管时、拔管后5min、拔管后10min的MAP、HR、SpO2,以及拔管时至拔管后半小时内患者躁动的情况。结果地佐辛组患者在全麻拔管期MAP、HR较为平稳,心血管反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地佐辛组术后躁动的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛可以明显减轻全麻气管拔管心血管反应及术后躁动的发生率。 Objective To observe efficacy and safety of dezocine reducing tracheal extubation car- diovascular's response and postoperative agitation. Methods Selected 60 surgical patients of tracheal in- tubation surgery and randomly divide them into two groups, dezocine group injected intravenous dezocine 0. lmg/kg in preoperative 20 minutes and correspondingly gave control group saline of 1ml, to start re- cord MAP, HR, SpO2, and extubation condition of 10mins before extubation, the time of extubation, 5mins and 10mins after extubation respectively and the patients' agitation condition of extubating and within half an hour after extubation. Results The MAP, HR of dezocine under general anesthesia extu- bation were relatively stable, the cardiovascular response was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05) ; The incidence of postoperative agitation of dezo- cine group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The dezocine can significantly reduce the incidence of anesthesia extubation cardiovascular responses and postoperative agitation.
