摘要
目的通过电话回访式护理干预提高老年复治肺结核患者治疗的依从性,提高治愈率。方法将106例老年复治肺结核患者随机分为试验组54例和对照组52例,试验组给予全程护理干预,对照组给予一般性出院指导。21个月的疗程结束后,对两组患者进行遵医行为、痰菌转阴情况、病灶吸收情况调查。结果试验组患者服药依从性、痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电话回访式护理干预可以提高老年复治肺结核患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的治愈率。
Objective To enhance the therapy compliance and the cure rate of the relapse elder patients with pulmona1 tuberculosis by nursing intervention of telephone follow-up. Methods One hundred and six relapse elder patients with puhnonary tuberculosis were divided into experimental（n=54） and control groups（n=52）.The experimental group was given the whole course nursing intervention and the control group was given routine guidance when they left hospital. The therapy compliance,sputum negative conversion rate,and absorbability instance of focus were investigated among the patients of the two groups. Results The therapy compliance,sputum negative conversion rate and absorbability instance of focus in the experimental group were significant higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The nursing invention of telephone follow-up can enhance the therapy compliance and the cure rate of the relapse elder patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
