摘要
近年来中药在骨质疏松症防治方面取得了非常可喜的成绩,疗效得到了广泛认可。通过搜集近15年国内外中药治疗骨质疏松症(OP)实验资料、用药规律、组方原则和技术研究文献进行整理分析,依据中医理论归纳出15年里中药防治OP研究所常用的单味药和复方制剂,分析这些药物应用存在的问题,探讨今后中药防治骨质疏松症实验研究方向。
Laboratory reports, rules for drug application, formulating principles and research methods were made satisfying achievement in treating and preventing osteoporosis. However due to complicated constituents, the pharmacological activities and mechanism of Chinese herbal medicines are not manifest yet. There is no unified standard on the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of osteoporosis and the efficacy evaluation of Chinese herbal medicines in the treatment of it. Accordingly, the research in the future should focus on pharmacology and standardization of Chinese herbal medicines. It will have bright future in treating osteoporosis.
