摘要
目的:探讨中药材火绒草抑菌作用的药效物质基础。方法:采用SPSS统计分析方法,以36个色谱峰的相对峰面积为自变量,提取物的抑菌圈直径为因变量进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果:得到36个色谱峰的相关系数。结论:初步确定火绒草中与16个色谱峰对应的化学组分具有抑菌活性,其中色谱峰X10为原儿茶酸,X13为原儿茶醛,X14为绿原酸,X16为咖啡酸。
Objective: Study on the antibacterial pharmacodynaic material in Leontopodium leontopodioides (Willd.) Beauv.. Methods: SPSS statistical analysis method was used for correlation and regression analysis by the relative area of 36 chromatographic peaks as independent variables, and bacteriostatic ring diameter of extracts as dependent variables. Results: Correlation coefficients of 36 chromatographic peaks were got. Conclusion: Chemical constituents in Leontopodium leontopodioides (Willd.) Beauv. corresponding with 16 chromatographic peaks were preliminary determined having antibacterial activity, in which, chromatographic peak X10 is protocatechuic acid, X13 is protocatechuic aldehhye, X14 is chlorogenic acid, and X16 is caffeic acid.
