摘要
目的通过对抗菌药物静脉给药处方与医嘱的常见错误分析,说明护理人员具备临床药学知识的重要性。方法对本院处方及医嘱中抗菌药物静脉给药方面的常见错误,进行分析与讨论。结果常见错误有①溶媒选用不当;②配伍不当;③给药途径不当;④静脉滴注速度不当;⑤未执行严格的给药频次;⑥未避光使用。结论提高护理人员的临床药学水平,对提高用药合理性、减少药物不良反应及降低医疗纠纷都具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To emphasize the great importance of clinical pharmaceutical knowledge for paramedics by analyzing the common mistakes of antibacterial in i. v. prescription and doctor＇ s advice. Methods The medication errors of antibacterials in prescriptions and medical orders in the hospital were summarized and analyzed. Results Common mistakes were as follow： （1） improper solvent, （2） inappropriate compatibility, （3） improper administration route, （4） improper intravenous drip speed, （5） not strictly implementation of dispensing medicine frequency, （6） not avoid light use. Conclusion Improving paramedics level of clinical pharmacy is helpful to improve the rational application of medication, reduce adverse reactions and medical disputes.
