摘要
TiO2纳米薄膜具有超优的光电转化以及光催化性能,其可保证高的光电转化量子效率又可以保证高的光捕获效率,故三维网状结构的纳米晶二氧化钛薄膜的应用使得太阳能电池的研究进入了全新的时代。文中对纳米晶二氧化钛薄膜电池的影响性能因素进行了分析,并对纳米晶TiO2光伏电池以及TiO2纳米管阵列染料敏化光伏电池原理进行了介绍。
It was possessed excellent photoelectric converting performance and photocatalytic activity performance of the nanocrystalline TiO2 films, so it guaranteed high photo-to-electric properties and optical captured emciency. Therefore, it was entered the fire-new era of the solar cell research because of the application of the three-dimensional network structure nanocrystalline TiO2 films battery. It was analysised the performance influencing factor of the nanocrystalline TiO2 films battery, and introduced the principle of the nano-crystalline TiO2 photovoltaic cells as well as TiO2 nan0tube arrays photovoltaic cells in this article.
